Student Lunch Program

CICERO LUNCH PROGRAM

The Cicero Lunch Program is managed by our Parent Service Organization Lunch Committee.  The program is run by volunteers and 100% of the profits go back to the Parent Service Organization.  The Lunch Program consists of pre-ordered, catered food delivered by food vendor(s) and served by volunteers during lunch periods.  Cicero partners with orderlunches.com to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view our school lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web. Lunch portion size, cost and choices are a primary focus as we strive to balance the nutritional food guidelines with taste and varying appetites. 


REGISTRATION AND ORDERING

Instructions for registering and ordering for your student(s):  

  1. GO TO: HTTP://GREATHEARTS.ORDERLUNCHES.COM  - (bookmark this page) 
  2. Click on Register:  Password is: ACS20, add account, profile(s) information
  3. Sign In & the Welcome page displays with Program Info (Order Schedule, Rules etc.)
  4. Click Order at Top of Nav Bar & go to proper month 
  5. Click the Order on the date to begin – First Lunch Date is: Aug 8th 
  6. Check out & pay – Please be sure to complete the check-out process. Do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. Items left in your shopping cart will not be processed and your order will not be placed.

FOOD or POLICY (Missed/Late Orders, Credits, and Changes/Cancellations):  Email lunchcoordinator@ciceropso.org and they’ll get back to you right away.

PAYMENT INFORMATION The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.


ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: A $10.00 fee is charged with your first order only so that we can offer our lunch program online.


MINIMUM ORDER FEE A $1.00 fee will be charged for orders under $10.00


LUNCH VOLUNTEERING


The success of our Lunch Program is solely dependent on volunteers.  During the lunch hours, we need volunteers to distribute pre-ordered lunches to students.  Volunteering is a great way to see your student and their friends during the school day, meet other parents, and provide support for the Lunch Program. There are many opportunities available to those who wish to help, and volunteers control how often they give their time.  We will train you appropriately and ensure you have all the tools necessary to make your time with us rewarding.


Once you access the Sign-Up Genius calendar, you will see the days that are available, and you can choose what works best for you.  Two (2) parent volunteers at both Archway and Prep are needed each day.  Archway volunteers are needed from10:45am to 12:30pm, and Prep volunteers are needed from 11:15am to 12:30pm.  Each school has its own volunteer sign-up.  Below are the links:
